Our Mission: The individual members and overall chapter of Delta-Upsilon Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity will achieve and maintain: 
1) Academic excellence: maintain a 2.4 last semester and cumulative GPA. 
2) A standard of brotherhood and exceed the Standards for Chapter Excellence. 
3) Financial stability: i.e., pay bills on time. 
4) Active participation: 75% attendance at all chapter functions. 

Our Vision: It is the vision of the Delta-Upsilon Zeta of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity to create a superior fraternity of men that set the standard of excellence, both on campus and in the community, while constantly striving to fulfill and surpass the individual membership obligations of Lambda Chi Alpha as stated in the Standards for Chapter Excellence.

I.Officer Reports
-High Alpha-  Exec tonight, by-laws meeting was on Saturday. Homecoming is this week: tonight-step show and banner competition
    -High Beta- Passed out new pumpkin bust schedule, football game only 7 guys showed up so we decided not to go. Pumkin Bust: Sunday October 29th bag drop off, November 5th Sunday football game, Monday write on me day, Tuesday Capture the Pumpkin, Wednesday Auction, Thursday field events, Saturday bag pick up 
    -High Gamma- Absent: Chase Smith, Drew Brown, Billy Angstdat, Ryan Sanderson, Phil Benjamin, Jimmy Guerin, Dean Legidekes, Niko Noriega. All the paperwork to date has been sent out.
    -High Tau- Working on paying composites
    -High Iota- Absent
    -High Kappa- Ams will know the alphabet by Thursday and big little on Sunday Homecoming is mandatory for Ams and it would be helpful to us for us all to be there, Tuesday, Friday, and sturday are the most important events.
    -High Delta- No Report
    -High Phi- “Top Secret”
    -High Sigma- Study Hall tonight
    -High Epsilon- AEPhi, ADPi, and Tri Delta have given me numbers to try to set up mixers with them one of the mixers will probably be on a weekday.
    -High Rho- Absent 
    -High Pi- No Report
    -IFC Representative- No Report 
    -Intramural Chair- Winless in soccer had a few close games. Volleyball is the next season.

Vote for a new alternate for exec- Zach and Mark nominated. Zach won.

                      -Brother of the Week- The people who showed up for the football game.  
                     -Joker of the Week-  Justin for trying to fly to Scotland for an hour and leaving 6 measages on Dan Parker’s phone.
                      -Intramural Bro. Of the Week- The brothers who always show up for the games
