AAB Meeting Minutes

Call to order 7:36 PM

Meeting Minutes from last meeting were read.

Chairman report:  Discussed emailing changes for hotel changes for
Formal.  Moving poker charity tournament to Davis College of Business
instead of Kinne Center.  Went over a rough schedule for initiation.

Treasurer report:  No report.

General discussion:  Discussed new ideas for brotherhood events with
High Beta and High Kappa.  Went over monster truck event and how much
money was raised.  Discussed open Zax sessions and closed sessions. 
Went over ideas for more charity events.  Possibly partner up with
alumni charities.

Officer Conference:  High Beta and High Kappa.


Next AAB meeting is scheduled for  *** April 3rd in Nelms ***
