AAB Meeting Minutes 
1/14/2006
Call to order 3:10 PM

Meeting Minutes from last meeting were not read.

Chairman report:  Since Matt Kane can not attend many of our meetings, 
Jason recommended that we no longer have a secretary position, and 
that the High Rho should take minutes when available at meetings.  
Matt will continue to be a member at large, but will not hold the 
secretary position.  Motion passed, and By-Laws will be amended this 
Summer.

Treasurer report:  Dues are due now.  AAB dues are $50 per alumni 
member per semester.  Jason paid cash.
We will give the chapter $10 per AM that goes through the AM ceremony 
after Spring Rush.
Recommend that the chapter give the AAB $5 per active member to help 
fund the RX equipment fund.

General discussion:  Jason set up a Contact info update form on the 
website.  We should keep track of all initiated brothers who have not 
submitted this form, called the "MIA list".  We should also send an 
email to all the MIA members for whom we have email addresses inviting 
them to update their info on the form.
We will create and mail out invitations to formal, which is scheduled 
for March 31 at 7:00 om, location TBA.  Tickets will be $150 per 
couple for alumni, including open bar.  We should research a hotel 
group rate, and schedule the Spring Charity poker tournament for the 
day after formal at 2:00 pm.  Proceeds will benefit the Lukemia and 
Lymphoma Society.  Dan Parker will establish a contact with the 
charity.
Recommend to the chapter that our semesterly Brotherhood scholarship 
of $50 be changed to a prize for the chapter's Brother of the Year 
award.  The chapter will nominate 2 or 3 members in writing, and the 
AAB will decide on the Brother of the Year, who will get $100.

       Tuesday, Jan 24   Movie night in Williams at 6:30
       Wednesday, Jan 25 Capture the Flag in Williams at 6:30
       Thursday, Jan 26  Wing House.  Meet in Apt 734 at 5:00
       Friday, Jan 27    Adventure Landing, Meet in 734 at 5:00
       Saturday, Jan 28  BBQ at Mayhew's.  Meet in 734 at noon.
       Sunday, Jan 29    BIDS GO OUT
